We do not! Through our consultation process and in-depth questionnaire, we gather all the details needed to calculate exactly how much to purchase. If you are in the Flathead Valley, we will suggest local suppliers that offer discounts for weddings and large groups. We even offer a convenient pickup and delivery service once your order is finalized so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
*We do not profit off the sale of alcohol, and any leftover inventory is yours to keep or return to the supplier.

We travel all over the state of Montana! For the safety of our staff, if your event is more than 2.5 hours outside of the Flathead Valley (one-way) and we are scheduled to work past 8:00 PM, we do require a one-night hotel stay for the evening of the event.
Best of all, we currently do not charge any additional fees for gas or mileage!

We love to accommodate the entirety of your celebration! Our typical service window spans from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A standard timeline usually looks like the following::
12:00 PM: Setup begins
2:30 PM: Bar officially opens
10:45 PM: Last call and takedown
11:00 PM: Bar shutdown
This schedule is fully adjustable depending on your specific contract. If you ask us to stay later on the day of the event, we are happy to accommodate the extension at a rate of $200 per additional hour.

To ensure your celebration runs seamlessly, we require a minimum of two team members (either two bartenders, or one bartender and a barback) for all events with 75 or more guests. We scale our team by adding an additional bartender for every 75-guest increment, which also adjusts based on your layout and the number of physical bars you have set up.
As the evening winds down, we may release one team member if the guest flow allows, which is left to the professional discretion of the staff on shift. Our ultimate goal is to keep pace with your timeline, match the energy of your crowd, and keep your guests happy from first pour to last call!

Every contract and invoice goes through our secure client platform, HoneyBook, meaning you will receive all billing communications and documents directly to your email.
To secure your date, we require a 25% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is then due 10 calendar days prior to your celebration. For your convenience, we accept PayPal, Venmo and all major credit cards!

Beyond the savings, professional staffing is essential. Most event venues in Montana require a licensed bartending business with certified bartenders and general liability insurance.
